Soft wash vs. pressure wash: matching method to material
Some companies point a high-PSI wand at everything. We don't. Durable concrete and block can take real pressure through a surface cleaner. Stucco, siding, roofs, and soft pavers get soft washing: low pressure plus detergents that do the work. High pressure on stucco or siding risks etching, stripped paint, and water intrusion; on a shingle roof it can void the warranty. Matching the method to the surface is the whole job.
