Surfaces and Pre-Existing Conditions
We use cleaning methods, pressure levels, and detergents appropriate to each surface. However, some surfaces age, weather, or were installed in ways that make them prone to damage that is not visible beforehand. This can include loose or failing mortar, oxidized or chalking paint, deteriorating wood, older or improperly sealed surfaces, hidden leaks, and previously damaged materials.
Satisfaction
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a cleaned area, contact us within a reasonable time after service and we will review the issue and work to make it right.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements are agreed in writing. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to collection. You are responsible for any costs associated with recovering an unpaid balance.
Insurance and Limitation of Liability
We carry liability insurance for our work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
