Interior + exterior glass$15 per window
Screens$4 each
Tracks and sills$5 each
French panes / true divided lightsQuoted separately

Per window means per window. A window with grids or a divided sash is still one window, so we agree the count before the job and nobody argues about panes afterwards. French panes and true divided lights are the exception and get quoted separately.

The $150 minimum changes the math on a small job

At $9 per window you need about 17 exterior windows before a standalone job reaches the $150 minimum. Below that you are paying the minimum, not the rate, so a small window job costs more per window than the number above suggests. That is worth knowing before you call. The estimate shows you exactly where you land.

Windows make the most sense added to a visit that already clears the minimum. A house wash or a solar panel cleaning gets us to your address anyway, and the windows ride along from there. Book two or more services together and you save about 10 percent. The first 15 round-trip miles are included; past that it is $0.70 per mile.

How we do it

Deionized water, so nothing dries onto the glass

Exterior glass gets cleaned with a water-fed pole running off a deionized water system hooked to the hose. The minerals are stripped out of the water, so when it dries on the glass it leaves nothing behind. That is what makes it streak-free.

It is the same purified-water setup our crew runs on solar panels, so it is not a special trick for windows.

Water-fed pole with a brush head cleaning a rooftop solar array on a tile roof
Not a window job: this is our water-fed pole on a rooftop solar array. Same deionized water, and the panels are never stepped on, never pressure washed, and never washed with soaps.

Who shows up

A father-son crew from your own neighborhood

We are a father-and-son family business based in Rocklin, insured, serving Rocklin, Roseville, Granite Bay, Lincoln, Loomis and Citrus Heights. We are a newer company rated 5.0 on Google. Common questions

Window cleaning questions Placer County homeowners ask

How much does window cleaning cost in the Rocklin area?
$9 per window for exterior only and $15 per window for interior and exterior, with a $150 job minimum. Screens are $4 each and tracks and sills are $5 each. French panes and true divided lights are quoted separately. These rates are current as of August 2026.
What if I only have a few windows?
The $150 minimum applies, so a small job is priced at the minimum rather than at the per-window rate. It takes about 17 exterior windows before the per-window rate takes over. If you have fewer than that, adding the windows to a house wash or solar cleaning visit is usually better value.
Do you charge per window or per pane?
Per window. A window divided into grids or panes is still one window. We agree the count before the job starts. French panes and true divided lights are the exception and get quoted separately.
How do you get windows streak-free?
Deionized water through a water-fed pole on the exterior glass. The minerals are stripped out, so the water dries without leaving anything behind and you get a streak-free finish.
Can you clean windows on the same visit as another service?
Yes, and that is usually the best way to book them. Windows pair with a house wash, a solar panel cleaning, or a gutter cleaning. Two or more services together save about 10 percent, and the larger service has already covered the $150 minimum.
Are screens and tracks included?
No. Screens are $4 each and tracks and sills are $5 each, priced separately from the glass. You decide whether to include them, and the estimate lists them as separate lines so nothing is a surprise.
