Most single-story homes in Lincoln land at or near the $200 minimum. That number covers the whole gutter system: debris removal from the troughs, downspout clearing, a gutter inspection, and full haul-off.

Stay off the ladder, Lincoln Hills
A huge share of our Lincoln calls come from Sun City Lincoln Hills, and for one honest reason: nobody in a 55-plus community should be balancing on a ladder over a concrete walkway to scoop leaves. Not to save $200. Not ever.
Falls are the thing we hear the fear about, on both sides. Homeowners worry about climbing. Then they worry a crew will show up uninsured and make the risk theirs anyway. So here it is plainly: our crew is insured, the work is photographed before and after, and you watch the whole job from the ground with a coffee.
Lincoln Hills homes are mostly single-story, which is the cheap side of our rate card. A typical run lands right at the minimum. And the satisfaction guarantee is the same one we give every residential property: if something is not right, we make it right.
Old town, new town
Two Lincolns, two kinds of gutters
The streets around Downtown Lincoln and Auburn Ravine grew their trees decades ago. Gutters there fill with real leaf load every fall, and the older rooflines hide clogs that only announce themselves when the rainy season arrives and the overflow starts sheeting down the siding.
Twelve Bridges and Foskett Ranch are the opposite story. Young trees, new construction, less canopy. What lands in those gutters is wind-blown grit and roof debris rolling off composition shingles, and it packs into the downspout elbows where you cannot see it.
Different debris, same physics. A clog does not care how new the house is. Water flow stops, the trough overflows, and the water damage starts where gravity sends it: down the fascia, behind the siding, into the landscaping, and along the foundation.
Out here on the edge of the Sierra foothills, the first real November storm is the deadline. Seasonal maintenance beats emergency calls every time.
How it works
How our crew clears them
Every visit follows the same five steps:
- A walk-around gutter inspection, so we know what is in the gutter system before anyone climbs.
- Debris removal by blower, by hand, or with water, whichever moves it fastest.
- Gutter flushing through every downspout while we watch the water flow. Downspout clearing is the half of the job most companies skip.
- Clean up everything that came down. The mess is not your responsibility.
- Before and after photos on every job.
Most jobs are scheduled within 3 days of your call.
Straight answers
Guards, screens, and what we refer out
Every gutter guard, gutter screen, and gutter cap on the market still lets fine debris through. Light buildup on a guarded system cleans normally: we hand-pull it, flush, and check every downspout. A trough packed solid underneath is the exception. We decline those and point you to an installer, because the guards must come off first and reinstallation is their trade.
Gutter repair and gutter installation are not our trade either, and we do not pretend otherwise. When the inspection finds a sagging hanger, a leaking seam, or rotted fascia, we photograph it and hand you the record. Evidence for a repair company, not an upsell from us.
While the ladder is up
One crew, one trip, one invoice
Gutter work is the least expensive thing we do off a ladder. Lincoln customers often bundle:
- Solar panel cleaning at $15 per panel, a natural pair in a city with this much rooftop solar
- A roof soft wash in Lincoln for the black streaks above the gutter line, since roof and gutters belong on the same visit
- Driveway and siding house washing or pressure washing in Lincoln on the same visit
- Gutter brightening for the exterior faces, discounted while we are already up there
Bundled services on one visit save about 10%.
