New construction
A fresh start for your new Placer One home
A new build looks spotless until you get up close. Construction leaves a film of fine dust, mortar splatter, stucco overspray, and sticker residue on driveways, walkways, windows, and siding, and the builder's final clean-up usually misses a lot of it. Before you move in, or right after, a proper first clean gets the whole exterior to match how new the inside feels.
We come in and clear the construction grime off the concrete with a surface cleaner, soft wash the siding, rinse the windows and frames, and clean up the driveway and patio so your first impression of the new house is the right one. It is the easiest way to start your Placer One home on the front foot and set the baseline for keeping it that way.
All-electric community
Solar panel cleaning in an all-electric community
Placer One is the county's first all-electric master-planned community, built with a focus on sustainability, so rooftop solar is part of life here. New panels pick up construction dust during the build and then the usual foothill pollen and summer haze, and that film quietly cuts how much power the array produces.
We clean panels from the ground using deionized water and water-fed poles, with no walking on the modules and no harsh chemicals. Pure water lifts the dust and dries without leaving spots, which protects both the glass and the manufacturer warranty. Pricing is $15 per panel with a $150 minimum. If you want the numbers behind it, our guide to whether cleaning solar panels helps and the solar cleaning statistics lay it out.
What we clean
Every exterior service, one local crew
Beyond the first clean, we handle the whole exterior for Placer One homes, the same surface-specific way we work every job:
- Driveway and concrete cleaning, with a surface cleaner for an even finish and no zebra striping.
- House washing, low-pressure soft washing for stucco, vinyl, and painted siding.
- Roof soft washing, gentle low pressure only. We never pressure wash shingles.
- Patio, deck, and pool deck cleaning at the right pressure for each material.
- Fence and sidewalk cleaning to bring the color back without scarring the surface.
- Gutter cleaning, ground-based debris clearing so water drains the way it should.
- Solar panel cleaning, ground-only with deionized water and water-fed poles.

About the neighborhood
About Placer One
Placer One is a roughly 2,200-acre master-planned community in the Sunset Area, bordering Roseville to the south and just west of Highway 65. It is a partnership of Placer County, Sacramento State, and Sierra College alongside the developer, and it is planned to grow into thousands of homes around a 200-acre town center, with parks, paseos, and a new Sacramento State Placer campus.
The neighborhoods are coming online now, builders like KB Home, JMC Homes, and Pulte are selling new homes, and families are moving in. That is exactly when a first clean and a maintenance routine matter most. We are based a few minutes away in Rocklin and we also serve nearby Roseville and Granite Bay, so we are close by and ready as the community fills in.
