Upfront pricing
The price before we knock
Most gutter companies quote Roseville homes by house size, with ranges wide enough to be useless. Per-foot pricing closes that gap. This page is part of our gutter cleaning service across Placer County.
Upfront pricing is the point. Here is the full residential gutter cleaning price list:
| Service | Price |
|---|---|
| Single-story gutter cleaning | $1 per linear foot |
| Two-story gutter cleaning | $2.00 per linear foot |
| Job minimum | $200 |
| Gutter brightening (exterior faces) | Discounted when bundled with a cleaning |
Pricing current as of August 2026. See how these rates compare to the market in our gutter cleaning cost guide.
Two-story costs more for one reason: ladder time. Ladder safety on a second-story roofline is slow, deliberate work. The price reflects the hours.

Timing
Roseville's trees set your gutter schedule
Diamond Oaks, Historic Old Town, and the streets around Downtown Roseville sit under mature oaks and pines. Leaf drop there is real, gutter debris removal is a twice-a-year ritual, and pine needles keep falling long after the leaves quit.
Fiddyment Ranch and Highland Reserve on the newer west side are a different story. Younger trees, more roof debris and wind-blown litter than canopy. We work everywhere from Historic Old Town to the Roseville Galleria corridor.
Either way, the schedule that works here is twice a year. Once in early summer, once after the fall drop.
And do not wait until it is raining. The first November storm is when every clogged downspout in Placer County announces itself at once.
How it works
How our crew clears them
Every seasonal gutter cleaning follows the same five steps:
- A walk-around gutter inspection, so we know what is in the rain gutters before anyone climbs.
- Clear the debris by blower, by hand, or with water, whichever moves it fastest.
- Flush every downspout and watch the water flow. Downspout clearing is the half of the job most companies skip.
- Clean up everything that came down. The mess is not your responsibility.
- Before and after photos on every job.
Straight answers
Guards, repairs, and what we refer out
Have gutter guards? Light debris gets hand-pulled, flushed, and downspout-checked like any other cleaning. If the trough is packed solid underneath, we decline the job and point you to an installer. The guards have to come off first, and reinstallation is their trade.
We do not sell or install gutter guards. We do not do gutter repair either. When our crew finds a sagging hanger or a leaking corner, we photo-document it and refer you out. Evidence, not an upsell.
Most Roseville homes carry seamless gutters in aluminum, which resist mid-run leaks but do nothing at the downspouts. That is where the clogs live.
The real cost of a clog
What overflow costs a Roseville home
Gutter overflow sends roof water down the walls and into the flower beds instead of away from the slab. Standing water at the foundation is the expensive version of a $200 cleaning.
Foundation protection, siding protection, landscaping protection: that is the quiet job description of a working gutter. Roof drainage only works when the gutters and downspouts are open.
While the ladder is up
One crew, one trip, one invoice
Gutter maintenance is the least expensive thing we do off a ladder. Since the crew is already up there, Roseville customers often bundle:
- Solar panel cleaning in Roseville at $15 per panel
- Roof moss removal in Roseville with a low-pressure soft wash
- Driveway and siding pressure washing in Roseville on the same visit
